Supporting the Ironheart Foundation and Colton's Army, this event starting at Freedom Field at Mill Creek Sports Park (13903 North Creek Drive in Mill Creek)has something for the whole family. Specific events include a 5K run/walk, a kids' 1K and a Toddler Dash.
Registration
Registration is NOW OPEN!
All runners receive a finisher's medal. A commemorative t-shirt will be available with registration before July 19, 2019. There will be a limited amount of extra t-shirts for purchase during packet pick-up and at the day-of registration.
REGULAR REGISTRATION is open through July 19. Cost is $30 for the 5K, $20 for the Kids' 1K, $10 for the Toddler Dash, and free for the Diaper Derby.
LATE REGISTRATION: Prices increase $5 per event for late registration, which runs July 20 through Aug. 8. Prices then are $35 for the 5K, $25 for the Kids' 1K, and $15 for the Toddler Dash. Online registration closes Aug. 8 at 11:59 p.m.
DAY OF: Date of the race, registration is $40 for the 5K, $25 for Kids' 1K, $25 for Toddler Dash.
*Day of race registration will be available based on race availability.
Packet Pick-up:
Aug. 9, 4-6 p.m. at Columbia Athletic Clubs - Silver Lake, located at 505 128th St. SE, in Everett.

Awards
Awards will be given to the top two male and female finishers in the 5k
as well as to the overall male and female winners. All Kids 1k and
Toddler Dash participants will receive a finishers medal.
Age Divisions: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+

Parking:
Participants are encouraged to take the Swift Green Line to the Trillium Blvd Station along SR 527 (the bus stops in both directions). Swift service on Aug. 10 will run every 20 minutes from 7 a.m. to 8:40 p.m. Alternately, there is parking at Heatherwood Middle School, with shuttle service to the Sports Park provided by Mill Creek Retirement Community. Carpooling is highly encouraged.
Child Care:
Parents can drop their kids off at the Columbia Athletic Clubs-Silver Lake while they attend the event at no charge. Space is limited so reservations are required. Please contact the club to save your spot.
Timing and Results:
This is a professionally chip-timed event. Timing and results are provided by Tortoise and Hare.
Weather Policy:
The Run With Heart will take place rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, we reserve the right to delay, postpone, or cancel the event. All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
